In addition to personal task assistant features (task management, reports & filtering), Workstreams Voice also lets you talk to your Workstreams taskboard – updating your entire team as a result. Using just your voice, your can create, assign, and edit tasks on your taskboard for everyone to see, just as you would on the regular Workstreams application.

How to connect to your team to Workstreams Voice

To use Workstreams Voice with its full potential you need to connect with your taskboard first, where you want to have full control over all tasks per voice. There are multiple ways to connect with your main taskboard depending on your current situation and device.

Assigning tasks to team members

After connecting Workstreams Voice to your taskboard, you can start using it to assign tasks to your team members - just like in the web app. Just say, “Assign it to (name of team member)”or “Assign it to me.” If you assign a task using Workstreams Voice, Everyone can see the changes, even if they don’t use Workstreams Voice.

Important —Keep in mind that even though others don’t have to use Workstreams Voice for it to work for you, the channel you work in still needs to be connected to Workstreams Voice before you can start assigning tasks with it.
